Smart Transportation - ESCI KSP

This website is built according to the principles of barrier-free web design. The main content of the website is divided into three major sections:

1. Top functional area, 2. Central content area, 3. Left navigation area.

We also follow the standards of barrier-free website design and provide barrier-free web design such as webpage anchor points (:::), keyboard shortcuts (Accesskey), website navigation (Site Navigator) , so that people with mouse operation impairments can also quickly browse any information on the website. The keyboard operation method of this website is as follows:

• Alt + U (IE), Alt + Shift + U (Firefox): Move to the main navigation link area at the top of the webpage, which lists the main links of this website.
• Alt + C (IE), Alt + Shift + C (Firefox): Move to the main content presentation area in the [middle] of the web page, which presents the web page content of each web page.
• Alt + L (IE), Alt + Shift + L (Firefox): Move to the sub-menu link area on the [left] side of the web page. This block contains links to the next level of the unit.
• Alt + T (IE), Alt + Shift + T (Firefox): Move to the share menu and return to top link area on the [right] side of the webpage. This area is for social sharing and return to top links. This area will only be displayed when the mouse scrolls down.
